How to Apply for the Rig Directory

Getting listed is simple. Just follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Application Form

Fill in the application form below with your details.

2. Choose a Charity

Select a registered UK charity that you'd like to support. If you don't have one in mind, we're happy to recommend one.

3. Make a Donation

Make a minimum donation of £5 directly to your chosen charity.

Please keep a copy of your donation confirmation (receipt or screenshot), as this will be required with your application.

4. Submit Your Application

Email the following to:

Proof of your charity donation
Any additional information you'd like us to include

5. Send Your Photos

Include any photographs you'd like featured on your directory listing. These can include your rig, crew, events or branding.

6. Include Your Links

Add any website and social media links you'd like displayed so visitors can easily find and follow you.

7. Send High-Quality Files

To ensure the best possible image quality, please send photos using Dropbox or WeTransfer where possible, rather than compressing them through email.

Once we've received your application, donation confirmation and images, we'll review everything and contact you if we require any further information before your listing goes live.

The Rig Directory is more than just a directory – it's about supporting the sound system community, raising awareness for charitable causes, and giving the people behind the rigs the recognition they deserve.

If you'd like to be featured, simply complete the application form and make a minimum donation of £5 to a registered charity of your choice. Your donation is made directly to the charity, and we'll ask for proof of your donation as part of your application.
